Do you wish to learn how to play chess? Do you already know how to play but wish to continue practicing while making new friends? Glen Mills Music & Art Center is excited to host Chess Club beginning October 1st 2023!

As a part of the Chess Club Federation, we encourage students to learn more about the game and play competitively!

The time is to be determined. 

The class capacity is 8 students.

This is an introduction course open to all ages that wires your brain to understand how to listen to music. We learn different eras of music each week starting with the Baroque period. In this course you will be identifying the roles of different instruments, comprehending the structure of music along with each era’s characteristics. In a group setting, we rely on each other’s input to develop a deeper appreciation for music.
